MEDIA ADVISORY

The State Troopers NCO Association and the State Troopers Fraternal Association has aired a dramatic commercial entitled "Proud to Serve". The commercial features video from a Troop car of a rescue of a ten year old accident victim from a burning vehicle on the Garden State Parkway by Trooper John Quinlan on August 12, 2001.
